Use of the Concert Travel service is subject to the following terms:
- All places on the Concert Travel bus service must be paid for in advance.
- We cannot issue refunds within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time for an event.
- Concert Travel bus services are subject to a minimum of 10 passengers – if this number is not met, the service may not go ahead.
- Payment options include: Laser card, Credit card, American Express, Cheque, Postal Order, Cash.
- All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure all passengers get back to the bus after a Concert Travel event. To this end, please ensure we have a correct mobile contact number for you or a member of your group. Please ensure the phone is switched on.
- Alcohol is not permitted on board. Smoking is not permitted on board.
- Unruly behaviour, violence or intimidation towards staff or other passengers will not be tolerated.
- Please be aware that our vehicles are fitted with CCTV systems.

Principly we use this information to build our passenger manifest and to enure our staff have contact details for you should they need contact you while you are travelling with us.
We send any tickets purchased through the site, directly to the email address you provide.

- From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

TERMS OF HIRE
The following conditions apply to all coach transportation contracts with Kelly Travel.
Booking Confirmation & Ticket Information
Written confirmation by the company will be sent for every booking made with Concert Travel. You must present this confirmation upon boarding for both outward and return journeys. Passengers without said confirmation cannot be guaranteed travel.
Your Ticket
Your ticket is a record of our agreement to carry you or to arrange for your carriage.
Your ticket is non-transferable and may only be used for whom it has been bought.
Carriage of children and young person’s:
We will not be obliged to carry any child less than 14 years old unless that child is accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 or over.
Payment
Payment must be made prior to travelling on any vehicles supplied by the company.
Concessionary Travel Scheme
Concert Travel service is not part of a Free Travel Scheme; we do not accept the Department of Social and Family Affairs Free Travel Pass.
Refunds for cancellation of service
If the coach you were booked to travel on, is cancelled or there are insufficient seats available and as a consequence you reasonably decide not to travel, you may claim a refund if you return the ticket to the office.
Time Limit
Where travel is cancelled over 72 hours before time of travel, a refund will be made subject to an administration fee of €5.00 per ticket.
There is no refund for ‘no show’, lost or stolen tickets
No refunds will be made on partially used tickets under any circumstances
Cancellation by the customer
We cannot issue refunds within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time for an event.
Cancellation by the Company
In the event of any emergency, riot, civil commotion, strike, lock out, stoppage or restraint of labour or on the happening of any event over which the company has no control (including adverse weather and road conditions), the company may cancel the service by returning all money paid by the ticket holders without further or other liability.
Breakdown and Delays
The company gives its advice on journey time in good faith. However, as a result of a breakdown or traffic congestion, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the company, journeys may take longer than predicted and in those circumstances the company will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the ticket holder as a result.
Complaints
In the event of complaint about the company’s services, the customer should endeavour to seek a solution by seeking assistance from the driver or from the company. If this avenue has not provided a remedy, complaints should be submitted in writing and within 14 days of the termination date of the service.
Refreshments and Alcohol Drinks
Food and drink may not be consumed on any vehicle without prior written consent from the company.
Passenger Property
All vehicles used by the company are subject to restrictions on carrying luggage for statutory safety reasons. The ticket holder accepts that the driver shall be the sole judge as to whether and to what extent passengers’ property is carried. Large, bulky items may not be able to be carried, and the hirer should take all steps to notify the company in advance of such requirements. The company accepts any personal property of the hirer and passengers on the understanding that it will take reasonable steps to avoid loss or damage. The ticket holder should notify the company or the driver if items of exceptional value are to be carried on the vehicle. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to minimise risk of loss when property is left unattended.
Permitted Luggage
Each passenger is allowed two medium sized suitcases or rucksacks (no more than 20kgs per item). In addition one small item of hand luggage, capable of fitting in an overhead luggage rack or under the seat is permitted. All luggage must be labelled and is carried at owners’ risk. Medications, money, travel/identify documents and other valuable items must not be carried in luggage but should be carried on the person at all times. We may agree to carry, subject to available accommodation, additional luggage, provide that they are packed in a suitable protective packaging. If we agree to carry any particular luggage on any journey this does not mean that we have agreed to carry that luggage on any subsequent journey you make. Fragile items such as electrical goods, portable televisions and radio will only be carried if they are of reasonable size and securely packaged.
Prohibited Luggage
The Company is not obliged to carry any of the following items of luggage and passengers may not bring them onto the coach – any weapons, drugs or solvents (other than medications), live or dead animals, fish or insects.
Our liability for loss or damage to luggage
The Company does not accept liability for loss or damage to the passenger’s luggage or to any possessions of the passenger (however caused).
Lost Luggage - Our liability for lost luggage:
If we are notified that you have left behind or lost any of your luggage on a coach or at a station we shall take reasonable care of that luggage when it is located. If you have not collected your lost luggage within 1 month of our receiving or finding it, we may dispose of your luggage in any manner we wish. We shall be entitled to open and examine any left luggage or lost luggage. If there any items which we consider are dangerous or perishable, or otherwise unsuitable for storage, we shall be entitled to dispose of those perishable items within 48 hours of our receiving or finding such items. If you find any property of any other person on any coach or at any station, you must hand it over to us immediately. If you find any property on any coach you shall hand it over to the driver where possible.
Conduct of Passengers
The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle at all times, and as such may remove any passenger whose behaviour prejudices safety. You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by you or any person you may have reserved a seat for. Where the service is to a sporting or music event, the passenger should be aware of the legal requirements relating to alcohol and the conditions of entry to sporting events / public places.
Agency Arrangements
Where the company sub-contracts vehicles from other operators at the request of the hirer and where the company arranges ancillary facilities such as meals, accommodation, ferries, entrance fees, admission tickets or any other services provided by another supplier, it does so as agent for and on behalf of the hirer. Any terms and conditions imposed by such other suppliers through the company shall, insofar as they are supplied to the hirer, be binding on the hirer as if he/she has directly contracted such services and the hirer shall indemnify the company against any loss, claim, damage or award in respect of a breach of supplier’s terms and conditions brought about by the hirer’s actions.
